AI narrator has some very funny ways of pronouncing words! But for an AI, it's very good. HOWEVER, this story would be much better if the protagonist did not have a super human power masquerading as enhanced natural senses. Qu: Would I listen to another book in this series if offered for free; Ans: NO... but if there was no super power... then yes.

The story's vocabulary is sooo pretentious with all the big girl words. The almost constant use and repetition of the uncommon heroine's synesthetic abilities were unfortunately laughable. Sorry, not.

Does anyone actually listen to these audiobook versions before they're released???? the story is good, the AI Narrator sucks & can be confusing to figure out what she's saying sometimes as the words pronounced don't make sense. make the book comical at times. all these new releases are the same, terrible Narrator. if you can get past that the books aren't too bad.
