This book is ridiculous. There are a couple of tips in there, but they're lost in the storytelling. Old mate speaks at the slowest pace imaginable, and repeats the most inane things over and over again. There are no practical applications demonstrated through this book, it's just "here's some info, I won't put it into a generic context for you". Avoid, there are better books for business owners out there.

This is a cult (in a good way) entrepreneur’ s rite of passage book. The message, “working in it, not on it” is EXTRAORDINARILY Relevant t be mindful of as you build your massive business or stay small or fail. To grow and scale, we must work on our businesses and learn to be Impactful leaders of leaders.

Drives home the point of turning your business into system in order to give you (the owner) more time to work strategically on the business and not in it. There is alot of fluff between the content and too much story telling and not enough practical or business information, overall a insightfull way on how to actually structure a business.
