very easy to listen to - the clarity is great. Not sure about the recent changes. instead of being able to go from chapter to chapter, you move from book to book. please change it back

No contents. No download access. Not able to search book, chapter, verse.

Can not find how to get a refund... I just want a refund... This is not what I thought it would be...
