About the author

Matthew McKay, PhD, is a professor at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. He has authored and coauthored numerous books, including The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook, Self-Esteem, and Couple Skills, which have sold more than a million copies combined.

Peter Rogers, PhD, was the administrative director of Haight Ashbury Psychological Services. He is the coauthor of When Anger Hurts, The Divorce Book, The Anger Control Workbook, and The Community Building Companion.

Judith McKay, RN, has been an oncology nurse involved in patient education for more than twenty-five years. She helped develop and teach chemotherapy orientation classes at the Alta Bates Summit Comprehensive Cancer Center in Berkeley, California. McKay is coauthor of When Anger Hurts.

Emmanuel Chumaceiro is a first generation Cuban-American and classically trained opera singer who has lent his rich baritone voice to stage productions throughout the Tri-state area, in addition to audiobooks and voice-over projects.
