About this audiobook

Trading in the Zone introduces a whole new mental dimension to getting an edge on the market. Use it to leverage the power of the “zone” for unprecedented profit.

Mark Douglas uncovers the underlying reasons for lack of consistency and helps traders overcome the ingrained mental habits that cost them money.  He takes on the myths of the market and exposes them one by one teaching traders to look beyond random outcomes, to understand the true realities of risk, and to be comfortable with the "probabilities" of market movement that governs all market speculation.

This book talks a lot about human behaviors and is filled with a lot of fluff before actually getting to the point of the book. The book is extremely redundant and speaks a lot through the same points in different manners. Chapter 6, 7 and 11 actually reflects trading psychology/behaviors and how to apply it or change it.....maybe also chapter 10. The rest of the book is pointless to me.

This book sucks in a big way! The author went on and on about nothing. Trading in the zone should be you buy when a market hits the bottom multiple times and sell when a market hit the top multiple times accompany by catalysts that cause such a directional change. Again this book sucks!!
