As someone that works in a highly confrontational field (Cybersecurity), this book was fantastic. Many of the teams that I deal with are engineers who quite honestly don't like anyone calling their baby ugly. But, that is just my job. It is my job to look at their product and tell them everything that could go wrong or that maybe doesn't meet security control standards. This usually turns into a "do as I say" type of discussion. This book has given me some great ideas on how to drive these crucial conversations without then escalating to silence or violence. I highly recommend this for anyone that has to have crucial, critical, or just hard, conversations both at work and at home. I will likely license to it again, as I am sure I will pick up more tricks that I missed the first time.
