I started this audio book as part of our marriage therapy but now we can't do the lessons...is there a download of the activities for the audiobook?

John M. Gottman, PhD, is the cofounder of The Gottman Institute and of Affective Software, Inc., and was honored with 2021 Lifetime Achievement Awards by the Psychotherapy Networker. He resides on Orcas Island, Washington.

Nan Silver is the former editor-in-chief of Health magazine and coauthor, with John Gottman, of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and Why Marriages Succeed or Fail.
