I literally got it for 97 cents and no you cannot get this collection for 1 dollar elsewhere if you want this collection physically better get your wallet out although if you don't care if it's physical you can read all of HP Lovecrafts work on a site dedicated to preserving his literature also to those complaining about the lack of a table of contents you can actually find it at the bottom of the reviews

I love HP Lovecraft, but would not purchase this audio book again given the choice as there is no table of contents included and the chapters have no titles, so there's no way to find a story you want to listen to.

Started out great but the narrator changes 2/3 of the way through to a monotoned reader who sounds worse than a high schooler in English class.
