About the author

Gill Hasson has twenty years' experience teaching and writing on a range of issues to do with personal and professional development, mental health, and well-being. She is the author of more than twenty books, including the bestselling Mindfulness, Mindfulness Pocketbook, Emotional Intelligence, and Positive Thinking.

Donna Butler is a registered UKCP psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner working at Brighton and Sussex University Hospital's NHS Trust. She is the lead psychotherapist and manager of the Health, Employee, Learning, and Psychotherapy (HELP) team. Donna also works in private practice, seeing individuals and couples.
