Ordered this on Google Play on May 23rd. Payment of £13.12 was taken from my bank but nothing has been received either from Google Play or Earworms. There is no record of an order on Google Play yet my account was debited. I have tried various means of contact but no success in contacting either Google Play or Earworms regarding this situation beyond writing a review for a product I have not yet received..

Was expecting to get an app like the other earworms ive bought before. Instead I have to hunt about on play store just to be able to play my purchase... Bring back the app. I just want to be able to access learning at the touch of a button not waste my time looking....

The music is too loud and gets in the way of the word. And the echo is very annoying running back and forth from one side of my headset to the other side.
