About this audiobook

Fans have long wondered what happened to Ahsoka after she left the Jedi Order near the end of the Clone Wars, and before she re-appeared as the mysterious Rebel operative Fulcrum in Rebels. Finally, her story will begin to be told. Following her experiences with the Jedi and the devastation of Order 66, Ahsoka is unsure she can be part of a larger whole ever again. But her desire to fight the evils of the Empire and protect those who need it will lead her right to Bail Organa, and the Rebel Alliance.

Puerile drivel from start to finish! The "story" isn't 30 seconds along before Ahsoka is thinking about Anakin. Anakin has taken hold of her life beyond The Force. Anakin fights her own personality for attention. Anakin, Anakin, Anakin! Sick of reading that name yet? Just as much as I was hearing it again and again! The title should have been "Ahsoka's post Jedi Fixation! I'd tell you about the story, but 5 minutes after I shut off the audiobook I had (gladly) forgotten whatever it was!

It's pretty good. Ahsoka is still an amazing character, but the plot is like a good 4 episode storyline from TCW, not incredible, but definitely worth the listen. Ashley Eckstein (Ahsoka!) voices the whole book! Contains a lot more emotion than portrayed in TCW due to the nature of it being a book. And a necessity for any Ahsoka fan to find out what happened to her and how she felt after Order 66. Most scenes are overlayed with music from the franchise and the original sounds effects, super cool

I've listened to this 1 and a half times, trying to be interested in this book. I even skipped past a good 4 chapters the second time listening because it drags on so long describing the most monotonous details you can imagine. maybe it's narration, or the book, I'm not sure but this book was a grind to get through.

About the author

E.K. Johnston had several jobs and one vocation before she became a published writer. If she’s learned anything, it’s that things turn out weird sometimes, and there’s not a lot you can do about it. Well, that and how to muscle through awkward fanfic because it’s about a pairing she likes.

When she's not on tumblr, she dreams of travel and Tolkien. Or writes books. It really depends on the weather.
