Easily one of the best audio books I've ever listened to. Written and read with such sincerity and heart that I only hope to one day meet Mr. Elwes to inform him that he's accomplished something not many have..... he made a lunatic career heavy metal musician feel like HE was part of their movie "family"....and shed a few tears.

An absolute and complete joy. A heart-warming and knee-slapping good time. As You Wish is truly a tale of love between artists, a love of story-telling, and the love we all have for a timeless classic. Have fun storming the castle!

Normally, I prefer reading the books I get myself, but this is one that I think is an absolute must listen. The tales are obviously as fascinating and entertaining as one who grew up watching The Princess Bride could hope. Hearing the voices of the people responsible for the existence of one of my all time favorite movies, recount the experiences adds so much more to it. It truly moved me in ways I could not have anticipated to listen to this.
