I have struggled for years regarding my posture and I am just so thankful that there is finally a book to HELP ME! And one that is not super technical and hard to understand. This book has such helpful tips and the illustrations make it so easy to understand. I travel constantly for work and there are even exercises that I can do on the plane and in the car. I highly recommend this book for anyone that wants to feel better!

This is a must-read book for everyone. We have all learned poor posture because of a simple tipping of the tailbone in. This is causing extreme health problems for the entire western world, from back aches and injuries, to poor breathing, prolapse and more. It's a terrible thing to have to endure when learning to sit and stand correctly is so easy.

For seniors that find difficult with their balance. This guide has all the tips that anyone seniors can apply in their day-to-day activities. Easy to read and simple to apply in your normal activities. The part I particularly like the most is the areas that deal with how to avoid injuries. It’s just as good knowing what not to do as it’s knowing what do. For transparence, I got the ARC of this book.
