The book is well presented and well researched. It's motivational and touches on what I agree to be key aspects to living a quality life in a very systematic manner. I do think he got wheat wrong, as a nutrition professional, but people tend to justify their own habits when they conflict with the data, so nothing new there. HOWEVER this book does seem to assume a male audience in a number of places, like the female content was added in after, but the underlying audience is male. To me that's a serious oversight that should be transparent up front. Otherwise, a great motivational book full of information that can help people break down some of the steps to build a fuller life.

Wow! This is amazing, honestly I'm not much of a reader or conscious of what I consume, but Aubrey did a great job and he makes it so relatable that it's easy to listen and to and not get bored, his realness inspires change and I'm making one step one chapter at a time.

Honestly, this is now one of my favorite books. The only downside was that I couldn't download the pdf that was included.
