The way Anthony Bourdain describes all of his experience in the wild west that is fine dining back of the house kitchen work is extremely fascinating. From his journey in Japan, to his embarrassing experience with Tyrone, and the exploits of Stephen his best friend this book had me hooked from start to finish. Amazing work by Bourdain, I am looking forward to listening to more of his books if they're available. If I could rate this book higher than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat.

Anthony Bourdain was a great man and someone who lived life to the fullest, a great example of how to live and enjoy life and people. Anthony was great at life and he was going to do even greater things. This man is my hero and I admire him greatly. Anthony did not commit suicide, he was murdered because he was truly good and wanted to expose those who are evil. Anthony would have been a great president, he was bigger than CNN and the Food Network, he was Americas greatest ambassador. L&R❤❤❤

I Love Anthony Bourdain I always wanted to meet Anthony and was devastated when I heard that he had taken his Life. however I myself live and deal with depression all while working a kitchen career. it's pretty hard sometimes but I wouldn't trade a minute of it for any other job. Food is a true passion an Art that can be more demanding and stressful than most Basic training for a Nations Armed force's. I'm definitely in love with this book the audiobook is voiced buy Anthony himself. so I'll have to settle for thes over the meet and greet for now..
