About the author

A. C. Grayling is professor of philosophy and master of the New College of the Humanities at Northeastern, London. Among his many books are Liberty in the Age of Terror, The God Argument, Democracy and Its Crisis, and The History of Philosophy. He lives in London.

Michael Page has been recording audiobooks since the mid-1980s and now has nearly 500 titles to his credit. He has won two Audie Awards and several AudioFile Earphones Awards. A PhD and a professional actor, Michael is also a retired professor of theater.
