The WesBank App is a complete, end to end vehicle finance platform. It allows our customers the ability to easily apply and check for vehicle finance, customise their deals, manage them accordingly and sign their finance contracts all under one app.

Enjoy the functionality of seamless communication and interaction through a collaborative platform that empowers you throughout your entire vehicle ownership journey.

Some features to look out for:

Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”.
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and centre, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals.
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any RMB/FNB customer via a simple chat, all within our secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.

What is Pay?
We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.

What is Secure Messaging?
Chat to other RMB/FNB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

Ratings and reviews

App is horrible, I cannot login. Error messages is system unavailable. Phoned the called I was told to uninstall and try again. Two weeks later it still does not work. It does even prompt for my password, but rather a nickname that has a Random name and yet again system unavailable. What a painful experience, I can't believe an app can this bad for a user experience.

App is terrible - all it goes is open my FNB app, by the looks of things. I can't find the application that I put through 2 days ago.

Useless app. Don't waste your time. Wesbank don't get the basics right but the app wants to "manage phone calls" each time i open it. I made an extra payment towards my vehicle finance and it doesn't reflect on my statement. I could not resovle the issue at all on the app no matter what i tried. I call into the call centre and the voice says "take control of your finances with the Wesbank app" What a rigmarole Wesbank gave me! I settled my account and closed it, uninstalled the app.
