For me, I only have one question and a comment. Is the token app for only cooperate account holders or for everyone? In my case, it keeps telling me that there is no email ID/phone number on my account profile which I don't believe it's true because I receive emails and text messages from UBA. Secondly, it will be nice if the app can be improved on a bit. The UI is terrible to be honest. Thanks

My experience about this secure pass is terrible and I wish I never had account with UBA PLC. It is not just working. I was told to disable the previous Internet banking app on my phone because I downloaded it my self and to enable HQ set it up. The Internet banking was set up successfully but secure pass never works for once. Very frustrating app.

This app is rubbish. After uploading it is of no use, it keeps saying user ID is not eligible. Uba don't reply their emails or you have to spend all your credit before they pick calls. Very annoying bank.
