The show selection is perfect. The quality is awesome. The navigation and search so so. The next episode enabling inconsistent. The sudden disappearance of a stopped episode horrible. Basically, it is the technical aspect of MHz which is annoying problem. Notably, trying to manually find the next episode when the enabled switch should automatically do that for you. Take investigator Rex. After watching an episode, I have to go back to the search screen and find Rex again and sometimes reboot.

don't use the app on phone I finally have the access code for the TV but have to go to phone, sign in is horrible! 1/23 review, app has kept me from renewing my subscription that was abruptly discontinued! 6/23 same issue can't sign in on Samsung TV 3/3/24 looks like I need a refund, Netflix didn't have a problem! password not going through correctly on TV app having to go to my phone to fix it & trying again and again & still no ability to sign in! 3rd yr, trying to watch on TV app!

The service is good. The app is poor. Forget "resume". Currently, my three resume options precede the last series I watched. Today, trying to watch on the treadmill, it placed me well beyond where I should be, so I pressed previous episode and I was two episodes before the last one. It doesn't indicate what you've seen or where you are. It took me a few minutes of using other websites to figure out where I was. In 15+ years of streaming, that was a first. Built by 2 interns paid min wage?
