This app is so good 😊👍🏻 I don't know why it does not have much ratings but if you see it has the right exercises that you need for working out and losing weight . It literally tones your body within a week and you can see the best differences . Make sure you download it . The only thing that I dint like about this app is that it does not give you instructions on how to actually do the particular pose or exercise. I hope this small feature could be added to make it even more better. Thanks
