Ratings and reviews

App does not correctly identify. Can not delete snap storage. will identify exact same picture different each time. Tried gave a chance, unsubscrived after 1 month. no refund

The identification was wrong. Supposed to give 3 free but on the last one it wouldn't let me see what they identified it as. Confidence in the app by giving free identifications says a lot. There should be no confidence in this one. Identified my rock as Apache tears. My rock looked nothing like it after seeing it googled. I'm not a expert but I'm also not blind.

Would be helpful if there was a way to correct the identification for crystals you've taken a picture of the ap misidentefies. I was hopeful with this ap and loved the layout but overall disappointed.
