Chrono Mobile is the official application of the transit corporations (exo, REM, RTL, STL and STM). It has been developed to give its users a complete metropolitan experience.

Whether by bike (BIXI), metro, Communauto, river shuttle, bus or train, Chrono lets you buy your fares, find the best route for your next trip or reserve an alternative mode of transportation.

Download the application, create, and personalize your account to benefit from all the features:
-Avoid queues, reload your OPUS card, and buy fares.
-Access information on the entire metropolitan network: real-time* and planned complete schedules, bus and train positions and occupancy levels, network map, etc.
-Reserve your next BIXI, book a Communauto or Communauto Flex
-Plan all your future trips by public transit or bicycle.
-Create favorites and alerts for lines and stops you use often.
-Read the contents of all your cards (OPUS and occasional) and find a new point of sale to buy your tickets.

Great app. Very happy in general with the many great features of this app. A few minor details can be modified - for instance, update app so that when touch the up & down arrows on the right-hand side of location & destination, it would switch location & destination - ie. put the address in destination into the location and the address in location into the destination. This is really a 5-Star app with very small imperfections - so I only have it 4-Stars right now.

Wait until all the bugs are sorted out: Just tried the much anticipated loading of my metro card from my phone. It read my card to recognise it at first just fine, but then failed at loading the fares on my card. Now my funds are stuck in limbo until I get refunded (an automatic from the app). Figured it would go perfectly this early in the game.

This app is inconsistent. It read my Opus card, allowed me to purchase a fare, went to load the fare, then app said the transaction failed. I restarted with reading the Opus card, and it automatically started loading the fare! So the app needs a bit of work still-users shouldn't receive conflicting messages from the app. If the transaction failed, the fares shouldn't have loaded.

In addition to reading your cards (occasional and OPUS), you can now buy and add new transit fares on an OPUS card. Wherever and whenever you want, your own ticket office is at your fingertips.
