Super punctuality, patient information especially DOB is correctly updated. I can use same profile and book for me and my father. Reports are easily available within same day after 6-8 hours on the app. But their staff is extremely punctual which is a great feature. I have seen very few apps with the above features working perfectly.

It's good and easy to use. Sometimes I had slowness issue ormay be some technical glitches while using the app, but it's overall good, easy to track the order and book test and also getting bill and report generated.

The worst experience. App's UI is confusing and inaccurate. It shows my blood test process in Past and not open. The delivery time was 12 PM and now its 6 PM and still nothing.
