Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, we make workouts work for you by providing multiple modifications with clear instructions for all levels. We celebrate all bodies by increasing strength, stamina, and confidence...and we have a lot of fun while we do it!


A No BS Active monthly subscription includes:

25 brand-new workouts each month

5 brand-new stretch sessions each month

To access all features and content you can subscribe to NO BS Active on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

All payments will be paid through your Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

I really enjoy the workouts I have done they are easy to follow and give modifications. Newest videos 6 months old- promised 20 new videos a month on the 1st so thats not happening. Could use quick add buttons for adding videos to your Playlist. Also something that shows you have already watched a video so it is easier to keep track of what workouts you have already done.

Love the app, have been doing the workouts for almost a year but with the new app it makes it easier to have a new video whenever I need it. Love that it has suggested workouts all ready planned out for each week so I know what to expect. Perfect amount of time to get a good workout in before work every morning. Also love the extra stretch and meditation videos. If your debating this as a new workout program I say go for it! You won't regret it.

It's like a Workout with Friends! I enjoy the workout routines and the amount of modifications available. Jessica and Whitney do a great job throughout the programs, and I look forward to the new releases. I like the addition of the beeps, which are especially helpful when it's core day, and I'm not looking at the TV. One suggestion I do have, is to add a clock, so we can see how much time is left in each set. Would help especially when doing the plank, so we know how much longer we got to hold.
