The worst telephone system i have ever experienced. Transfers are rediculus. Alwayscto the wrong party also several on holds with the confusion from department to department. Doctors ate over loaded as well as nurses. Many appointments cancelled and rescheduled one to two months later and then sometimes cancelled again and rescheduled. Totally rediculus. Guthrie is failing overall. Never a return call when leaving a message.

It's a little bit of a wait but not as long as convenient care would have been or my normal doctors. Well worth it, easy to use, highly suggested.

I love the Guthrie Hospital & Doctors they are the very best in this area even if it is a 50 miles away I would never go anywhere for my gastroenterologist. They are amazing, honest & right by your side. I would never go anywhere else they are the best at Guthrie Clinics or Guthrie Hospital they know there business & can get you well in no time.
