Tried it for the 1st time to order tickets for The Chosen. Placed my order. When it processed my purchase, it gave me the right date and time, but the wrong movie. When I checked for the right one It did not have it available anymore. I went to theater site, they had it available. When I went to cancel the wrong one given by Atom, they told me 3-5 days for reimbursement, plus they keep convenience fees for inconvenience me, unless I put the money in

Worst 1st impression ever.

I continue having problems when ordering tickets. The processing of orders does not complete. A receipt is issued but the ticket is not. I have to call customer service each time which then results in refunds being issued. The staff is great but the problem has never been resolved with any kind of permanence. I have had only 3 orders go through. Many more than that have not. All the orders have been placed for the same theatre. This is very frustrating and of course unacceptable!

What's new

It's officially springtime! Apps require a lot of behind-the-scenes effort, which is often less glamorous than it may seem, much as in movies. We added more security, sprayed more pesticide, and made a few other usability-enhancing design changes for this version. Enjoy yourself while visiting the movies!
