I am unable to view the patient information on my app when I go between patient and provider. I can see the patient info when I click on more, but the main page does not change. It seems like it would be great for patients. Can you please fix this? Thank you

I've just spent a whole load of time listing my medication and other medications and I close it, re-open it and it's all been lost ffs, I've entered all my other details such as personal and doctor vaccine etc and that's all still there... Total waste of time!

Hi Mark, we apologize for the confusion. It is possible you did not save your wallet card information before closing out of that section. To enter/edit data: click on the pencil icon in each section. The pencil icon then changes to a check mark. To then save any data you have entered, click on the check mark. Let us know if this works. Thank you!

I'm an RT in pulm rehab. I literally JUST download this. It's already disappointing. Some of the tabs are blank. Click on the tab and there is no information!? I LOVE COPD Foundation! I'm sad about this app.
