Search through hundreds of companies and start taking action. We’ll show you what data companies collect so you can set boundaries and regain control over your personal information. We’ll act as your agent and demand the removal of your data, or request it not be sold for profit behind your back.

The latest version of the Permission Slip app comes with a brand new look, more companies, and a range of new features for taking back control of your data. In this version, you can:

- Submit requests to hundreds more companies and learn more about the data they collect about you

- Browse through the playlists of companies we’ve curated to see what data companies have

- Report the problems you face with companies so we can help work with them to solve it

- Find easy instructions and in-app links for submitting your own data requests

App is impossible to even add my name and phone. Customer service is totally useless. Instead of helping solve what should be a minor problem I keep getting emails (4 so far) from Tara (a bot or very limited human) to confirm the problem. If she would read any of my emails she'd know what the problem is. But all she does is reply asking me to confirm what the problem is instead of fixing the issue. Very close to uninstalling. An extremely frustrating experience.

Has only about thirty companies total at this time. Misses some of the big data collectors like Apple, Microsoft, and many major retail sites. For some companies the ONLY option is to toally delete your account and never use the service again to ensure that your tracked data is gone which won't be an option for many of us on Amazon, Google, and others. Have to provide full legal name, home address, AND phone number (very trackable data) in order to ask not to be tracked. Ironic. Useless.

Pretty cool that I can submit Do Not Sell My Data requests for a lot of companies I do business with. Time will tell if this app is good or not depending on if CR can actually get the companies to stop selling my data according to me filling out the requests through this app today. A big problem I noticed today is on my phone (Pixel 7 Pro) the app sometimes closes out randomly on different companies I choose.
