Beacon Connected Care gives you online access to a scheduled visit with your Beacon provider on your smartphone, tablet or computer. It is private, secure and easy. You can also have a video visit for minor urgent health care issues 24/7/365 — from your home, office or anywhere.

Many of our Beacon Medical Group doctors offer video visits, so you can see your doctor from the comfort of home using your smartphone or computer. Many of our patients are now choosing this convenient option. First, call and ask your provider to schedule a telehealth visit.

For urgent care, Beacon also extends our provider and urgent care network by partnering with the Online Care Group, the nation’s first and largest primary care group devoted to telehealth. The physicians are U.S. board certified doctors with an average of 15 years of experience and are licensed to practice medicine in Indiana and Michigan (and most other states). You can read each doctor’s profile to learn about his or her education and experience before beginning a virtual visit. All of our providers are certified and credentialed according to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards.

Ratings and reviews

The app is garbage. Once you put in your username and password the screen and control buttons on flash. Tech support simply suggests the issue is on the user end even though the doctor office admits to have a lot of issues with this app. There are far better choices to use for virtual meetings.

I absolutely LOVED this experience! Typically, my son's appointments at his pediatric Gastroenterologist involves a 45 min drive to & from in addition to the actual time at the office. The doctor could still see his open sore & almost everything typical for his appointment was done through the app! It worked perfectly! Wouldn't change a thing!!!

This app does not work. The problem is the instructions you get from a particular healthcare provider's office are very vague and they don't tell you what to do if you encounter problems. When you call that office, the front office people tell you it's "your fault...you didn't work it correctly" when in fact I followed their previously given instructions to the letter. They don't want to hear the issues you had, so they want no feedback in order to know what happened so the app can be better.
