About this app

InBrowser is an incognito/private browser for Android with TOR and video support. Each time you exit InBrowser, everything you’ve done in the app will be erased, including history, cookies, and sessions. InBrowser is a feature rich browser, and it’s in permanent private mode.

For Adobe Flash-support, ensure that you have the appropriate flash-plugins installed and that your device supports Flash. InBrowser will not provide Flash out of the box, but it does support Flash-content.

Notice that Orbot is required for TOR to work. Orbot is made by the Tor Project and you can download it for free on Google Play, just search for “orbot” and download the one made by “The Tor Project”.

Ratings and reviews

Happily Used this app for many years. Recent updates have made it unuseable. It's buggy, sites don't display properly, rotation doesn't work right, downloads are not persistent or locatable in the file system, it's more resource intensive, and it doesn't clear properly when minimized or closed. I think it is time to move on to something else that works.

I keep coming back to this browser for security because of its simplicity and it works. Other "incognito" browsers leak the phones location or don't honor the browser's settings and use the system default (language, location, etc.). Yes, the browser lacks functionality. However, that is acceptable when I want anonymity when browsing specific sites.

Was a smooth operator. Now a broken mess. Have to keep resetting settings everytime. Choose another browser until they fix this mess. What's wrong? Browse reviews. Google keeps popping up. Why would you even have Google or chrome as an option. This browser is like created in a mixer shake and bake. Making a hurry up and appeasing Play store is a mistake. It's better to leave it alone until you work the bugs out of the new one. It's not worth getting a bad reputation just to put a product out
