Yet another formerly-decent app ruined by greed. I used this app for years for its pretty good and easy-to-use mix of decently recorded background sounds, from random noise to certain popular things like streams, fireplaces, wind, rain and all of that. Ads were there but they were rare and usually when exiting the app you'd get maybe 1. Sometime recently they changed it, and it's just unusable anymore; constant ads, multiple ads, constantly telling you to upgrade. Too bad, uninstalled.

This used to be the best app for this simple task, it had some ads but that was okay because everything worked fine and you were grateful for it. They made a change 6 months ago And it is absolutely miserable. You can't open or close the app because the ads are so aggressive. If you don't take the time to close it out three or four times when you get up and are through with it, it just stays on and never comes off. Results of that are it runs in the background over Bluetooth calls and music apps

Back before they restructured the app, it was amazing. Now, when I run it, the app uses an obscene amount of data. It used 8 GB of data in one month. It gives me ads almost any time I tap on something unless it was the very first tap to turn it on. And every single time it ASKS ME TO UPGRADE. No, I'm not paying a monthly subscription for an app that used to be 100% free. Am I keeping this app? After over 8 years of using it, no. Not anymore.
