The features are great, when they work. More often than not, whatever feature I want to access WILL NOT LOAD. I tap something like messages or medications, wait for it to time out, tap again, repeatedly. Sometimes, like right now, I'm just tapping and waiting in an endless loop. I need to see what my daughter's doctor said about a refill, but I can't open the message because it won't load. Been trying for 30 minutes. Yes, my wifi is on and working. Fix your app.

Limits me to 20 character password, but used to be longer according to my password manager app. Why do you ask want lower security. Echeckin process was a bit messed up. Had to leave to app to take pictures of my insurance card, even then I just got a network error in the app trying to upload and had to skip that step. Steps prompted me to sign a doc to release my info to a specified person but I don't think I need that, only option to go Forward was to sign later instead of just skip.

When the app works as intended, it's really convenient. Scheduling, online checkin, etc are perfect. There are occasional glitches where the system fails to forward prescription refill requests & this causes delays a couple times a year. My meds aren't life/death critical, but it would be better if the system was as efficient as my excellent care providers are when I see them.
