This insurance is a scam. I have submitted the same reimbursement claims multiple times only for each one to be denied, requesting more and more documents every time, each more difficult to obtain than the last and now just darn right unrealistic. It's been four months for one claim. One would think they're priority is to find every and any excuse not to pay. 🤔

Too many bug , after renewal I can't sign up it says "Member already exist" but when I log in or ask for new password, It is showing error it says "Member not exist" your app was so confusing. Even after clearing my phone cache and data. I did all possible way to sign in. Uninstalling and reinstalling nothing was working🙄🙄🙄

"Very bad app, it's not working. Whenever I try to sign up, it always shows an error stating 'Your ID card or membership is incorrect'."
