Due to instability issues caused by the server change of Neostudio, we have re-released the previous version of Neostudio as version 2022.
- Changed server storage.
- Errors occurred on the newly updated cloud server, so we have rolled back to the previous server.

UPDATE: I figured out what I was doing wrong. Working pretty well! I'm excited. Old review: Maybe fantastic? This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. The ability to use a pen that automatically syncs my writing off with a digital calendar. Step one is working great, however I'm having trouble getting the sync to Google calendar to work correctly. Since the upgrade the app doesn't work on any of my devices. Pen is useless that way. Pen keeps blinking yellow as if storage ist full. On phone pen is continuously reconnecting and disconnecting. On Lenovo tablet app can't find pen at all. Zero stars for that...

Therefore, we recommend resetting the pen.To reset pen, enter wrong password 10 times after disconnecting. Data will be erased. This is a great pen with creative designers, but unfortunately the software development is chaotic and unreliable. In the original transition to Neo Studio from the previous software, features that users had become dependent on were lost, and the new software has been buggy all along; this latest snafu leading to a reversion is just one of many. English documentation has always been limited and confusing. If you need to maintain and organize your data more than fleetingly, stay away.
