Please can you sort out when wrighting in the numbers. The fox head dosent let you move it. My daughter who is autistic loves playing the game. But when it comes to filling in the numbers and it won't do it, it will cause her to be frusted!

I purchased the full app and it was working fine but suddenly since yesterday it says all of the games are locked. Even when in the free game mode there were a few unlocked games but now despite paying for the complete app my child cannot play at all!

I paid to unlock all games in the number zoo, but this did not happen and the help was inadequate.
