"Life Study" begins with the fathers of the early church and includes Martin Luther, John Calvin, William Tintail, John Bunyan, Zanigoryun, William Rowe, Jinzendorf, John Wesley, George Whitefield, Charles Mcintosh, George Mueller, , DL Moody, Charles Spurgeon, Jesse Penn Lewis, D.M. Panton, John Nelson Darby, and Watchman Nee are the commentaries on the systematic development and establishment of Witness Lee, the author of the essence of truths for the 66 volumes of Scripture that God's servants have ever seen.
Author Witness Lee has cooperated with Watchman Nee in China for 18 years to build 400 churches, and when China was communicated, it was sent to Taiwan in 1949 to revive the Taiwanese church from about 350 church members to 20,000 within five years .

Born in northern China in 1905, he grew up in a Christian family. At the age of 19, he was totally captivated by Christ and immediately devoted his life to preaching the gospel. In the early days of his service, he met Watchman Nee, a famous preacher, teacher, and writer. Witness Lee worked with him under the guidance of Watchman Nee.
In 1943, Watchman Nee gave Witness Lee the responsibility of his publishing business, the Shanghai Gospel Circle. Before the Communist Party took over in 1949, Witness Lee was sent to Taiwan by Watchman Nee and his other co-workers, and the churches in Taiwan were redeemed from more than 350 newly- . In 1962, Witness Lee settled in California feeling the Lord's direction to go to America. In his 35 years in the United States, he delivered about seven - thousand messages at week - long rallies and weekend special rallies.
Many of his words have been published in more than 400 titles. Many of them have been translated into more than 14 languages. His last official rally was in February 1997, when he was 91 years old.
