There are so many options, and I can't keep track of what I've done and haven't tried. I use a lot of the meditations because they help me sleep... when i listen to the sleep stories, I have to see how they end 🤣 so I stay awake. I wish the music would match some of the tracks.... a lot do, but it's hard to visual an ocean with fire noises playing. I love it though!!

It MIGHT be good enough to rate higher, but there's no tutorial or guidelines to walk you thru it. There's no way to stop narratives or create your own combo. Everything's pre-set, even the timers. After 2 un/re installs trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong, I gave up. I have severe tinnitus so I need it to run all nite. I found a MUCH better app that only took MINUTES to learn WITH A ONE TIME FEE. Bluntly put, this is NOT user-friendly. You'll be up ALL nite trying to make it work. CRAZY

I enjoy the fact that you can select multiple modes as far as sounds / music / white noise etc I like the reminders I like the fact that you can time it use it in increments. Even the options within the free portion of the app are very accessible and plentiful. As somebody that has trouble sleeping especially getting to sleep and someone that travels a lot and keeps in erratic work schedule I find this app extremely beneficial.
