Ratings and reviews

This app is pretty good especially for being free. I have two complaints. 1. Adding a second parent doesn't work the way you would expect. They won't have the same bank already available for funding. Better to use the primary user's login on their device. 2. They only support adding banks via Plaid, so if you use an unsupported bank, you're stuck having to either use a debit card to fund it (fee) or setup an external bank with the ACH (which is faster anyway but doesn't support auto).

Support lacking. Really needs 24/7 support due to access to bank accounts. Notifications don't work, allowance can't be deleted (just altered), auto savings deposit stopped working and no way to reinstate. The ease and look of the GUI is its only positive and I like that I can quickly shut it down if needed. Will prob explore other options due to lack of support and app fxn inconsistencies. I really wanted to like this bc the idea/design is perfect, but the reality is not.

I like this app because it's free, easy to use and looks great. However, I do feel there is a need for improvement with finger print login which never works. There should also be a way to make one task list for all family members to pick from or at least a way to copy tasks from one member to another. Lastly, it would be nice to have be able to automatically deduct money if a task is not completed.
