The app is slow not net issue but app itself. There is issue with cancellation, I ordered today and it was my first time, the address for pickup was selected to a different location when I checked the order, within a min I tried to cancel but no help the AI chat support doesn't help at all. And the order status is showing picked up. How? This is fraud. If I didn't picked up the order why is it showing picked up? There should be OTP system for pick up so it can match from both sides. Worst exp.

Worst experience ever...I placed the order through app. It was not delivered and in app it was showing as order is ready to be delivered. I waited for 2 hours, I was not able to call the restaurant, mobile was switched off. I am not able to chat also. Worst experience I ever had. It was very disappointing with this service. Even I raised complaint to the customer care but no response

The app UI is really really bad. It keeps loading all the time. Every single touch brings a few seconds of "blank" period before things load, making it incredibly annoying to use. Moreover, the rewards section is so designed that one accidental touch leads you to lose all your collected BK crowns over some stupid voucher that you didn't intend to redeem. Happened to me today - I lost over 3000 BK coins this way and I HATE THE APP for wasting my money like that. I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED.
