Unable to connect to Google Fit account (prompts for account then never brings up the page to give permissions to the app), does not have the option to connect to Samsung Health, and has a limited selection of devices to connect to. Weight Gurus and Withings products/apps are not available. I'm happy that the VA has made an effort to connect to health-tracking apps and devices, perhaps if it allowed for manual entries I could use it. Until then I can't use this app to share data with the VA.

I connected to my Fitbit account but no data was imported. I attempted to connect to my Google fit account and I got access blocked and to contact the developer. This app needs to be updated, revamped or done away with.

App is broken. Garmin data shows in app but isn't visible to care team or on VA My health. Va care team wants blood pressure and pulse data but can't share it.

We're sorry to hear about your situation but thanks for letting us know. Currently there is not a share option feature in this app. Care teams can access other provider apps (e.g., Virtual Care Manager) to view the data that is received from Share My Health Data app through a shared database.
