English not as efficient as the Spanish version... but quite user friendly. Could store favourite transfers better. Improving all the time.

When i joined Banco Santander. They spoke English. Now the tall woman who simply refuses to help me. With banking problems. Staff needs to be better trained in their professional capacity. No customer should be avoided.. For ideals should be separate from their professionalism. So to speak. .

I can work with it using my phone anywhere l find myself. That is awesome!
