Absolute garbage... Whoever coded this app should be forbidden from ever using a computer again. Nothing worked, I was late for the appointment, then when we finally connected, the doctor couldn't hear me. We had to have a phone call going in the background, but then every sound was doubled up and we had feedback. The whole experienced raised my blood pressure and I didn't get any help from the doctor. For shame!

I still can't access my account. I reset all of my information today & was thrown out AGAIN. Now message shows error, tried to correct, NO LUCK. This has been an ongoing issue! After many months & countless attempts the only things I have successfully achieved are Frustration, Anxiety, My Blood Pressure is up & I have a Migraine. It's difficult to stay proactive when you can't connect.

I had a scheduled televisit with my provider, downloaded the app and filled in my information. Unfortunately every time I tried to connect to the visit, the app would stop and force me to close and start over. I called tech support. Hopefully they can help fix it but I was unable to make my appointment. I have an Android phone...UPDATE: I received a notification right after I posted this re iew that the doctor was online and ready to talk to me. I re-logged in and it worked fine.
