About this app

DSB app. A part of your journey. Tickets, cards, and traffic information.

In the DSB app you can buy tickets, commuter cards, use Check in and see current traffic information and an overview of departures.

You can buy tickets, and make seat reservations, incl. commuter seat reservations. You can buy DSB Orange and DSB Orange Fri tickets as well.

You can buy and renew commuter cards and Øresund cards or try Commute20 if you work from home some of the weekdays. If you have a Youthcard you can receive it in the app if it is created by DSB.

You can use the DSB app as a guest or create a DSB Plus profile and get access to more products and services. You get the possibility to transfer tickets and cards that are not yet valid and receive notifications with information if your journey is changed or delayed. You can earn points for snacks for your journey as well.

It is possible to refund tickets and cards in the app following the current rules.

Horrible loading times, and terrible if you're a youth. App will automatically set it to adult every single time despite getting your age for setup. It's designed to trick people into not getting the youth discount. The trains themselves are also horrendously overpriced and unreliable. You're better off taking flixbus around the country.

NEW development: Lets move the "buy a ticket" button upwards to the top so you have to reach. Nice little deoptimization. Lets have more of that. Funny thing, Firefox is trying to do the opposite. And as usual: Developers still have chosen Not to show the name of the day you are purchasing your ticket. Come on, Use your time opening a full calendar is so much better. So They only show the date. Happy date mistakes to all you stressed/diagnosed people outthere. We don't have your problems.

App is great for booking and showing tickets - would have got 5 stars but I could not get it to connect to my account though so my tickets are just local to my phone and rewards etc don't acrue. Solved: the oauth authentication is done by diverting to the phone's default browser, in my case Firefox. Temporarily changing phone's default browser to Chrome resolves issue. The issue is also present in desktop Firefox on the dsb.dk website, also resolved by using chrome. Error: oidc_proxy

I hope you have managed to create an account and/or to log in - if not, please contact customer support. We have changed log-in system and in some cases this causes some of you problems.

What's new

- When using the Check in-product it is now possible to sign up to 'Automatic Check out' which checks you out automatically when we register you are no longer traveling.
- After you have finalized your journey using Check in you are now able to find your journey summary where you can see your journey and price for this.
- We have improved your ability to Check ind on Nørreport st., Tårnby st. and CPH Airport st. by using a bluetooth signal.
- Minor bug fixes
