Ratings and reviews

After the update today, changing the volume has become a "premium feature" that costs 4.99. Seeing as how "bug fixes" was the only thing in the update notes, that tells me that the volume change was never intended to be a free feature. Suddenly making a free feature a paid feature is a greedy move. There's plenty of other apps in the store that do the same things for free, or cheaper.

Looks awesome, but doesn't actually do anything. After a few seconds one button brings up the installed app list for the Roku which is on, but tapping them doesn't do anything. It doesn't actually control the device. It should be able to connect it to a specific device, perhaps several, then connect to that automatically without a lengthy scan. Probably just an issue with the latest Android. Looks promising.

Who needs or wants video ads on a remote, please raise your hand? I don't!👎 It's like watching YouTube and having to wait to click the ads off or wait until it finishes just to use a remote. The volume button doesn't work on my TV, but the fire stick remote controls my TV's volume and power. So it's strange how an app that can be coded/programmed to control everything does not. Free does not mean IRRITATION free. They should just sell it with NO FREAKING ADS, ESPECIALLY INTRUSIVE VIDEO ADS!
