App does not let me book a ticket anymore. When I try to buy a ticket it says to log into the new app. When I click on "Take me there" it gives an error. I already have the correct app installed (being a business client). I tried to log out and in again, I tried to reinstall the app and nothing helped. This issue is beyond frustrating and frankly shows a severe lack of professionality from the Deutsche Bahn.

I don't often write reviews but I can only imagine the development process at Deutsche Bahn. I'm a business customer. It makes me download a new app (which is worse than the old one), to only make me download the old app again under a new name because the backend is not connected. And STILL does not show my BahnCard 100 digitally. I wish reviews could show facepalm emojis

1) two apps should not be necessary 2) the business app is buggy and doesn't function fully. 3) Bahn cards / DE Ticket / logins not shared between the apps 4) the process of simply getting a receipt for a subscription or something simple like requesting a refund for a canceled Bahn ride is predicably and infuriatingly difficult.
