WELCOME CHIEF!
In Idle Asterix you manage your own village, hire workers to get resources and upgrade your brave Gauls like Asterix and Obelix to succeed in adventures like the rescue of poor Dogmatix, who has been captured by the Romans.

As gaulish Chief, you are faced by multiple challenges:
- Idle mechanics: Hire overseers to automate the production. Your workers automatically produce sesterces even if you are not in the game
- Improve your production so that your workers collect even more sesterces for you
- Unlock famous Gaulish heroes and fight against the Romans to unlock more production fields while traversing through Gaul
- Tinker with new and epic bonuses to help you in your battle against the Romans
- You can use your finger to actively join the fight

This game is a mess. Outside being your typical money-hungry game, it's super glitchy. Trying to move between towns will reset the progress on whichever one isn't active, so there's really not much point in having multiple towns, especially since there aren't even heroes to have 5 in each town, even if you are to pay to get the higher-level heroes. There are tons of better idle games out there, so do yourself a favor and skip this one. 👎🏻👎🏻

It started out fine, but after playing for a while I am dissappinted. The progression is bad. The game is to repetetive and the new areas just feels like starting over. The helmets are bugged. I have bought upgrades in the "potion tab" multiple times and most of them disappear. I haven't bought helmets and the upgrades doesn't do much, so it doesn't really matter to me, but it's unacceptable either way. The longer I play the more pointless the game feels. I like the Asterix franchise though.

An idle game like any other. The added extra is the classic Asterix graphics and humour. Would give extra stars but, and it's a big but, the game crashes 2 out of 3 attempts in the loading screen. Loading gets to 10% and then may link to your Google games account, it may crash. Only the gods truly know which will happen. When it does load it's easy to get into, fun to play, a good cast of familiar faces and a plethora of in game achievements to attain. Sort the bugs out and its 5 stars.
