Absolute garbage. Bluetooth feature is hard to get right, and you can't remove a paired device to try again. After jumping through hoops to get it to work, it downloads the results...and they disappear. A measurement shows on the date, but no reports are found. No data found. The dashboard still tells me to tap get results, but that just leads to it telling me that it has already downloaded the data. These are not small issues. I'd get fired if I pushed something like this to production.

I don't know whether it's the device or app, but my experience with the whole system has been nothing but frustrating. The device won't upload the results to app. Also, the device won't connect to my phone unless a test strip is inserted which is dumb because other Bluetooth device on the planet will connect to my phone if it is turned on. If the instruction sheet that was included had said this from the beginning, I would have understood this.

Update: uninstalled a third time, got the email to reset my password. Back in and happy! Since the update on the 30th, I can no longer use the app. It wants me to login. I don't remember doing that before. I tried forgot password, 4 times, never got an email. I called support and got a really nice person. She said that they have an issue with Samsung phones. She was going to pass my issue along. Hoping to get back in soon.
