Ratings and reviews

I purchased 2 of these sensors I was able to use them for approximately 1 month. After that the app has not been working at all. I've had these sensors for over a year and I cant use them. The app continues to give me a "FAILED " message everytime I try to open it. I found a way to download older versions of the app I tried all old version and the most updated version all have failed.

App just stopped working! At random day it failed to start a match saying that sensor is locked. Ended up reseting device (thinking that its sensor issue) which didn't give any result. Re-installed the app and I'm no longer login back nor create a new profile. And later found out that same app issue appears on any other phone, in short - app doesn't work anymore. Support suggested some botlike advices, once, and never replied back again. Funny that you can still buy new sensor.. Thanks Zepp!

Loved this and even went and got a second zepp play tracker to use on my left leg to see how much I used it during a game. Then for no reason it suddenly stopped working. Not sure if there was an update to the app or what but now it is totally useless! I have tried resetting it with no luck and have also tried unistalling it and still not able to log in. I can't even set up a new account on the app as it keeps saying Failed or server error.. I emailed off to zepp but no reply.
