I like the simplicity of it, the sets and breaks in between (and that you can skip the breaks if desired!) I dislike some of them larger jumps in pushups. There's not really any rhyme or reason to it. I'm pretty sure someone just put in random numbers to get up to the end result of 250.

Best of a Bad Lot: I used to have a pushup challenge app that started with a "max out" test, and then adjusted the program from there: I need to start at about 4 pushups; this app can't do that. I want a 100 pushup challenge; this app says 100, but does 250. It doesn't record pushups done on incomplete days: you just fail. But it's going to take multiple tries to finish Week1 Day1: the "running total" is going to undercount. I thought 2 stars at first, butsadly it's better than the competition.

Enjoy it for what it is, a simple pushup app. Works you up to doing more, a few more every couple of days, with bigger sets. Eventually working up to 250. I'm not nearly that far, only in week 3. Absurdly easy at first, I've started to struggle, which is a good thing. Repeat hard ones as needed later. Motivation! For those that have trouble with it. I suppose it could have more user adjustment to it but it's a simple app, after all.
