Delivery guys marking your order as delivered before they even call you in an attempt to make the order appear as delivered faster. You need to allow a client option to mark the order as received, even optional. UPDATE: Adding another star since now there's a credit card payment option. The rest of the issues mentioned here persist, and moreover using a refund coupon will count default expensive food delivery fees instead of the regular ones. Also can no longer rate deliveries.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered around 8 a.m., and I only received my order around 1pm. Mind you, they didn't even communicate on the delay. Even the order itself, 50% of the things i received were alternatives, but not the alternatives I've chosen, I'm not impressed at all, with both my order and their customer service, very bad. Yassir is by far the worst grocery store..

They delivered my order but there were things missing when I called I was told they would contact the store and get back to me, After what would be a long wait for a consumer who just paid for things they didnt recieve i was informed that the missing products were now out of stock. Literally minutes after my delivery, and it would take up to 5 day to get a refund. Absolute nonsense if you ask me. Not happy at all. I do not recommend. no refund day 6
